The Interzone Series at WMP Concert Hall consists of four concerts each season dedicated to presenting you with Improvised Classical Music. We are bringing back that tradition within classical music when composer – performers were common and musicians like Mozart, Haydn, Beethoven, and Chopin all presented private or small chamber music concerts where they improvised. Here you can see some dedicated classical musicians create, expand and extrapolate their musical ideas for you in the moment. If you are interested in the process of creation, then this is your invitation in to the ears and minds of some very creative musicians.

This season will take you on a journey, and see a great diversity of players and ideas appear on stage. Please join us and experience something absolutely new and fun!
